Joining is completely free and easy! You can sign up in three ways:

• Mention you'd like to join rewards when making your next booking

• Contact us via email with your details

We'll need your name, email address, and phone number to set up your account. You'll start earning points immediately on your next trip!

Points earned depend on your membership tier:

• Bronze Members: 1 point per dollar spent
• Silver Members: 1.25 points per dollar spent (25% bonus)
• Gold Members: 1.5 points per dollar spent (50% bonus)

For example, if your airport transfer costs $100 and you're a Bronze member, you'll earn 100 points. Silver members would earn 125 points, and Gold members would earn 150 points for the same trip!

We'll provide your current balance, tier status, and points expiry date (if applicable).

Point expiry depends on your membership tier:

• Bronze Members: Points expire after 12 months of inactivity
• Silver Members: Points valid for 24 months from earning date
• Gold Members: Points never expire – keep them forever!

Taking any trip or earning points through referrals, reviews, or promotions resets your activity clock. We'll send reminder emails before any points are due to expire.

The minimum redemption is 500 points, which equals $5 credit toward any booking. There's no maximum – use as many points as you'd like!

Points redemption rate:

• 500 points = $5 credit
• 1,000 points = $10 credit
• 2,000 points = $20 credit
• 5,000 points = $50 credit

You can even use points to pay for your entire trip if you have enough accumulated!

Yes! In most cases, you can combine rewards points with other promotions. For example:

• Use points + return trip discount
• Earn points while using corporate rates
• Apply points to trips booked with promotional codes

The only restriction is that points cannot be redeemed on trips where you've already received a 100% discount through other promotions. Check with us if you're unsure – we'll always apply the best combination of savings for you!

Membership tiers are based on your activity:

• Bronze to Silver: Complete 10 trips OR accumulate 1,000+ points
• Silver to Gold: Complete 25 trips OR accumulate 2,500+ points

Tier upgrades happen automatically once you meet the requirements. We'll send you a congratulations email when you level up, along with details about your new benefits. Track your progress toward the next tier by checking your points balance regularly!

Yes! Members can transfer points in several ways:

• Gift Credits: Convert points to dollar credits for friends or family
• Book for Others: Use your points to pay for someone else's trip
• Charitable Donations: Donate ride value to community programs

Point transfers must be in minimum increments of 500 points ($5 value). Contact us to arrange a transfer – we'll handle all the details!

Points handling for changes depends on the situation:

• Modified Bookings: Points remain in your account, can be used on the new booking
• Cancellations within policy: Unused points are returned to your balance immediately
• No-shows: Points may be forfeited depending on circumstances

Absolutely not! Our rewards program is 100% free to join and maintain. There are:

• No enrollment fees
• No annual membership costs
• No hidden charges
• No minimum spending requirements
