Yes! We can accommodate multiple pickup points for group bookings. This is common when group members live in different parts of Western Sydney.

How it works:

• Pickups should be along a logical route (e.g., Blacktown → Seven Hills → Parramatta)
• Small additional fee per extra stop (typically $10-15)
• We'll calculate the most efficient route
• Everyone should be ready at their scheduled pickup time

When requesting a quote, list all pickup addresses and we'll provide pricing. Allow extra travel time for multiple stops.

Please notify us as soon as possible if your group size changes:

• Group Gets Smaller: No problem, same vehicle still works. No refund for unused seats, but you'll have extra space.
• Group Gets Bigger (24+ hours notice): We'll upgrade to a larger vehicle if needed. Additional cost applies.
• Group Gets Bigger (less than 24 hours): We'll do our best to accommodate, but may need to arrange a second vehicle if no larger vehicle available.

Best practice: Book for your maximum possible group size, then let us know final numbers 48 hours before pickup. This avoids last-minute vehicle changes.

Absolutely! We offer flexible payment options for group bookings:

Option 1 - One Person Pays:

• Book and pay in full online or by phone
• Group reimburses that person privately
• Simplest option for the driver

Option 2 - Split at End of Trip:

• Let the driver know you're splitting payment
• Driver can process multiple card payments
• Each person pays their share directly

Option 3 - Advance Split Payment:

• Call us to arrange split payment in advance
• We can charge different amounts to different cards
• Requires booking by phone, not online

Yes! Child seats are available upon request for family group bookings. You must specify requirements when booking:

Available Seat Types:

• Infant seats (rear-facing, 0-6 months)
• Convertible seats (6 months - 4 years)
• Booster seats (4-8 years)

Important Notes:

• Must request when booking (we need to allocate seats)
• Small additional fee per seat (typically $10 each)
• State the child's age and weight for correct seat type
• Legally required for children under 7 years in NSW

Group vehicles have generous luggage capacity, but it's important to specify special requirements when booking:

Standard Luggage Allowance:

• 7-Seater: 5-7 large suitcases + carry-ons
• 13-Seater: 10-13 large suitcases + carry-ons

Yes! We offer hourly hire for groups needing transport throughout the day. Popular for:

• Wedding day transport (venue to venue)
• Corporate conferences (hotel to conference center and return)
• Group tours or sightseeing
• Multi-venue events
• Sports tournaments (transport between games)

Hourly Rates:

• Minimum 4-hour booking for hourly hire
• Vehicle and driver at your disposal
• Prices vary based on vehicle type and duration

For scheduled pickups at specific times (not continuous), book separate transfers instead – typically more cost-effective.

Group bookings have slightly stricter cancellation terms due to vehicle allocation:

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund, no cancellation fees
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Modifications:

• Date/time changes: Free if done 48+ hours before pickup
• Group size changes: Free if done 24+ hours before pickup
• Route changes: Contact us as soon as possible
