For primary school students, we strongly recommend teacher supervision. For senior students (Years 10-12) on familiar routes, driver-only is usually fine.

Option 1: Driver Waits (Recommended for short events)

• Driver parks and waits for event completion

Option 2: Scheduled Return (Cost-effective for longer events)

• Book return pickup for estimated finish time
• Coach calls driver if finishing early (driver rushes if possible)
• If running late, driver waits at venue (small delay fee may apply)
• Usually plus/minus 30 minutes is fine with no extra charge

Option 3: Callback Service

• Coach calls when event is finishing (15-20 min before ready to leave)
• Driver dispatched to pickup location
• Works well for tournaments with unpredictable schedules
• May have slightly higher cost due to standby requirement

Expected Behavior:

• Remain seated with seatbelts fastened
• Keep noise at reasonable levels
• No throwing objects or rough play
• Respect driver and vehicle
• Follow driver's instructions immediately

Prevention: Having a teacher/coach in the vehicle significantly reduces behavior issues. For groups known to be excitable (younger students, post-game celebrations), we strongly recommend adult supervision beyond the driver.

In 500+ school trips, serious behavior issues are extremely rare. Most students are excited and happy but respectful!

Yes, we can provide passenger manifests for school record-keeping requirements.

What We Provide:

• Pre-Trip Manifest: Template with booking details for teacher to fill in student names
• Driver Confirmation: Driver confirms headcount matches manifest before departure
• Post-Trip Report: If requested, driver signs off that manifest count was accurate
• Vehicle Details: Registration, driver name, departure/arrival times

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide student names for pre-loaded manifest (if you prefer this option)
• Conduct roll call before boarding and after arrival
• Confirm final count with driver before departure
• Keep copy of manifest with student emergency contacts

Note: For student privacy, we don't require names for booking – just accurate passenger count. The manifest system is optional but available if your school's procedures require it!

Many schools use their own existing excursion/travel forms and just add our vehicle details. Whatever works for your school's policies!

We understand school events can be unpredictable (weather, student illness, etc.). Our policy balances flexibility with operational needs:

Standard Cancellation Terms:

• 7+ days notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 3-6 days notice: 50% refund or free rescheduling
• 24-48 hours notice: 25% refund or credit for future booking
• Under 24 hours: No refund (unless weather-related, see below)

Weather Cancellations:

• School Decision: If school cancels due to weather, we provide 50% credit for future booking (within 6 months)
• Official Warnings: For severe weather warnings (storms, floods), full credit or refund
• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling if we have availability on new date

Modified Bookings:

• Student number changes (within same vehicle capacity): No charge
• Time changes (within 1-2 hours): Usually accommodated free
• Destination changes: Pricing adjusted if distance significantly different

We're reasonable and understand schools don't cancel frivolously. If circumstances are truly beyond your control, talk to us – we'll work something out!
