Cruise passengers typically have more luggage than regular travelers. Our standard allowances:

• Sedan: 2 large suitcases + 1 carry-on per passenger
• SUV: 3 large suitcases + 2 carry-ons
• 7-Seater Van: 5+ large suitcases + carry-ons
• 13-Seater Minibus: 10+ large suitcases + carry-ons

We understand that cruise plans can change. Our flexible cancellation terms:

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund, no questions asked
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or full credit toward future booking
• Less than 24 hours: No refund, but we work with you based on circumstances

If your cruise is cancelled by the cruise line, we offer full refunds regardless of timing. Changes to booking details (date, time, terminal) can be made up to 12 hours before pickup at no charge.
